Public Safety
Safe neighborhoods lead to stronger home values and attract businesses. As a former Parks and Recreation Commissioner, I will dedicate myself to ensuring that our children have safer parks to play in and that our neighborhoods are protected. Additionally, having more community engagement opportunities with the police department will create a sense of community.

Invest in Youth Development
Support afterschool enrichment programs that will give our children growth and stability. Through my experiences as a Community Engagement Manager and volunteer, I have seen where afterschool programs can support social, emotional, cognitive, and academic development, reduce risky behaviors, promote physical health, and provide a safe and supportive environment for children.
Economic development
My work as a realtor and small business owner for 20 years has allowed me to interact with many sectors of the business community. Through my work and ties in Hawthorne and surrounding cities, I know that we can strengthen our economic base by bringing in new development and businesses to support future opportunities.
